Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions are OGS Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "OGS").The purpose is to stipulate the conditions and procedures of various information services (hereinafter referred to as "services") provided through this website and other necessary matters.

Article 2 (Effect and amendment of the Terms and Conditions)

These terms and conditions will take effect with the consent of the user when registering as a member. OGS can revise the membership terms and conditions for changes in information operation and other reasons, and the revised terms and conditions take effect by posting them on the Internet service screen or notifying users in other ways.

Article 3 (Non-Terms and Conditions)

Matters not specified in these terms and conditions shall be governed by the relevant laws and regulations.

Article 4 (Definition of Terms)

The definitions of terms used in these terms and conditions are as follows. Member: A person who applies for the use of member services and has been issued a member ID by OGS's approval. Member ID: Combination of English characters and numbers selected by the user for user identification and service use and given by OGS. Password: A combination of English characters and numbers selected by the user himself/herself for checking whether the user and the member ID match and for his/her own password in communication. Termination: Expression of intention by OGS or user to terminate the contract of use after the service is opened.

Article 5 (establishment of information service membership registration)

Membership registration is established with the consent of OGS to the user's application for use and the user's consent to the terms and conditions. Anyone who wants to register as a member and use the service must provide personal information required by OGS. If the OGS approves the application for membership registration, the OGS notifies the member of necessary matters such as member ID, password, and information guidance. OGS may not approve the application for membership registration in any of the following cases. When an application is made in the name of another person. When you do not apply under your real name. When the contents of the application for membership registration are falsely stated. When an application is filed for the purpose of hindering social well-being, order, or good morals.

Article 6 (OGS's duty)

OGS is obligated to provide services continuously and stably (24 hours a day, 24/7 a year) unless there is a special business or technical obstacle. However, if OGS is needed, such as natural disasters and regular system inspections, it may be restricted after notifying the members in advance. OGS allows members to use the service on the commencement date of membership registration unless there are special circumstances. OGS shall process opinions raised by bulletin boards from members through appropriate procedures, and if it takes a certain period of time to process, inform the member of the reason and processing schedule. OGS maintains members' information strictly secure, uses it only to operate or improve quality services, and does not transfer it to other institutions or individuals for other purposes. However, exceptions are made when there is a request from a public institution for criminal or public purposes, statistical data or academic research that cannot identify a specific individual.

Article 7 (Duties of Members)

Members are responsible for all management of IDs and passwords. Members agree to receive OGS e-mails sent as part of the service. If your ID is used illegally, the member must notify the OGS. Members must comply with these terms and conditions and the provisions of the relevant laws.

Article 8 (Cancellation of membership registration and restriction of use)

If you wish to terminate your membership registration, you can cancel it yourself and delete your membership information except for your opinions and answers raised on the bulletin board. OGS automatically cancels membership registration, notifies it by e-mail after checking whether it matches the registration record, and the ID that has been canceled once cannot be used even by existing users. OGS may terminate the contract of use without prior notice or suspend the use of the service for a fixed period if a member has committed any of the following acts. In the case of violation of public order and customs, In the case where it is related to which is a criminal act, Planning or implementing the use of services for the purpose of hindering the national interest or social public interest. In the case of stealing another person's ID and password, In the case of damaging or disadvantaging the reputation of others, If the same user has double registered with a different ID, In the case of impeding sound use, such as harming the service, etc. In the case of violation of other relevant laws or conditions of use prescribed by OGS, If OGS intends to restrict the use, it shall notify the relevant member or agent using a written or telephone method with a fixed reason, date, and period. However, if OGS deems it necessary to stop using the service urgently, the use of the service may be restricted without the process of the above matters. A member or his/her agent notified of the suspension of service under Article 7(4) may file an objection if there is an objection to the suspension. OGS may lift the suspension measure only if it is confirmed that the reason for the suspension has been resolved during the suspension period.

Article 9 (Management of members' posts)

OGS may delete the contents posted or registered by members of the service without prior notice if they are deemed to fall under any of the following subparagraphs. Case where it damages the reputation of an individual and an organization by slander or slander against others. Case where it violates public order and customs and customs. Case where the content is recognized as consistent with a criminal act. Case where it violates other rights such as copyright of another person. Case where each information is not subject to registration. Case where it violates other relevant laws or regulations prescribed by OGS.

Article 10 (Management and Copyright of Posts)

The copyright of the posts registered by the member within the service is jointly owned by the member and OGS. Members shall not engage in business activities using the contents of the service or use them for unauthorized sales except as permitted by OGS.

These terms and conditions will take effect on October 30, 2021.
