OGS Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "OGS") has the following processing policies to protect users' personal information, protect their rights and interests, and handle users' grievances related to personal information smoothly. If OGS revises its personal information processing policy, it will notify it through the website notice (or individual notice). This policy will take effect on October 30, 2021.

3. Processing and retention period of personal information.

4. Destruction of personal information.
① In principle, if the purpose of processing personal information is achieved, OGS will destroy the personal information without delay after passing the retention period. The procedure, deadline, and method of destruction are as follows.
- Destruction Procedure: The information entered by the user will be transferred to a separate DB after achieving the purpose (separate documents in the case of paper) and stored for a certain period of time in accordance with internal policies and other related laws. At this time, the personal information transferred to the DB is not used for any other purpose except by law.
- Destroyed: If the user's personal information retention period has elapsed, the personal information shall be destroyed within 5 days from the date when personal information becomes unnecessary, such as achieving the purpose of processing personal information, abolishing the service, or termination of the business.
- Destruction method: Information in the form of an electronic file uses a technical method that cannot play records. Personal information printed on paper is crushed with a grinder or destroyed through incineration.
5. Matters concerning the provision of personal information to a third party.
① In principle, OGS processes the user's personal information within the scope specified for the purpose of collecting and using personal information, and does not process it beyond the original scope or provide it to third parties without the user's prior consent.
However, personal information can be processed in the following cases.
- Where the user agrees to provide and disclose to a third party in advance.
- When it is required to be provided by laws, etc.
- Where it is remarkably difficult to obtain ordinary consent due to economic/technical reasons as personal information necessary for the implementation of a contract on the provision of services.

6. Consignment of personal information processing.
① OGS does not entrust personal information, and if personal information is entrusted, it will notify it separately through a notice at least 15 days in advance and revise the personal information handling policy.
7. The rights, obligations, and methods of exercising the data subject.
① The data subject may exercise the following privacy rights against OGS at any time.

B. Request for correction in the event of an error, etc.
C. Request deletion.
D. Request for suspension of processing.
② The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) can be made to OGS in writing, e-mail, FAX, etc. in accordance with Form 8 of the Enforcement Rules of the Personal Information Protection Act, and OGS will take action without delay.
③ If the data subject requests correction or deletion of personal information errors, etc., OGS will not use or provide the personal information until correction or deletion is completed.
④ The exercise of rights under paragraph (1) may be made through an agent such as a legal representative of the data subject or a person who has been delegated. In this case, you must submit a power of attorney in accordance with attached Form 11 of the Enforcement Rule of the Personal Information Protection Act.
8. Matters concerning the installation, operation, and refusal of personal information collection devices.
