Delivery type

- Regular delivery (logistic delivery) orders made before 14:00 will be shipped on the same day.

Delivery period

- It takes 2 to 5 business days from the average deposit and payment date (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and    holidays).
- Orders for holidays (including holidays) will be shipped sequentially on the next business day.

Delivery area

- It can be delivered nationwide.
- Additional shipping charges may be incurred in islands/mountainous areas.

Delivery cost

- Free delivery over 50,000 KRW (excluding some items)

Return/Exchange Request Period

- Within 7 days of receiving the product

Return/Exchange Delivery Cost

- Customer pays (one order for each product must be paid individually)
- You can check the exact return/exchange cost by contacting the customer center.

Reasons for non-exchange/return

- In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act in e-commerce, etc., withdrawal of subscription may be restricted   in the following cases.
- If the request period is over,
- In the case where the goods, etc., are lost or damaged due to the buyer's responsible reasons.
  (However, except in cases where packaging, etc. is damaged to confirm the contents of the product)
- In a case where the package is opened but the package is damaged and the value of the product is significantly   lost.
- In the case where the value of the product is significantlyreduced due to the buyer's use or some consumption,
- In a case where the value of goods, etc. has decreasedsignificantly over time to the extent that resale is difficult.
- Custom-made products that go into product production after checking customer orders.
- If any component of the purchased product is missing
- In case it falls under the reason for the restriction of withdrawal of subscription as stipulated by the Act on   Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.
